The man said: “The party squabbles have made the party look unelectable, and both of you look unelectable.
“You should stand aside and let someone else maybe Harriet Harman, someone like that, anybody lead the party to victory.”
His comments drew boos from a large section of the audience.
He continued: “It’s 10 more years of Conservative government that nobody wants, especially not you two.
“Just stand aside.”
Corbyn was first to respond quipping: “Thanks for you vote of confidence, I really appreciate it.”
