“A referendum was held in 2016 and people made a decision on imperfect information without all of the full knowledge, but you will never have the full knowledge.
“In the same way they didn’t know exactly what the changes would be in the deal, they didn’t know the European Union were going to propose a combined European army at the time, so on both sides, there was information which came up subsequently.
“And then people made a decision in 2017. It’s the job of politicians to implement and stop mucking around.
