Boulton said: “I appreciate that Scotland voted to Remain, but nonetheless, Boris Johnson has really a very strong point behind him as he said yesterday in Biarritz, that a clear majority of people voted to leave the European Union.
“That still hasn’t happened. And, basically what he said was Parliamentarians are obligated to obey the will of the people.”
Mr Blackford said: “Look, at the end of the day, when people voted in 2016, they were not offered the option of a no deal Brexit.
“We were told that it would be the easiest thing in the world to come up with a deal.
