The World Cup has reached the round of 16 stage with teams desperately battling it out to seal their spot in the quarter-final.
Nations making it through to the last eight will have World Cup glory in their sight, with just two games standing between them and the final.
Here are the three teams who have so far qualified for the quarter-finals, with five ties still to be played over the course of the next few days.
Netherlands became the first team to qualify for the quarter-finals with a 3-1 victory over the USA.
The Dutch had led 2-0 at half-time thanks to goals from former Manchester United duo Memphis Depay and Daley Blind, before their lead was cut in half with just 14 minutes remaining in the second half.
Denzel Dumfries put the game to bed five minutes later to send Holland into their first World Cup quarter-final since 2014.
Argentina booked their spot in the quarter-final after beating Australia 2-1 in the round of 16.
Lionel Messi scored the opener and put in a Man of the Match performance to help the South Americans overcome the plucky Aussies.
Manchester City’s Julian Alvarez added a second for Argentina midway through the second-half, but they were made to sweat when Eno Fernandez deflected a shot into his own goal with just 13 minutes left on the clock.
France eased into the last eight with a comfortable 3-1 win over Poland.
Kylian Mbappe scored twice to move two goals clear at the top of the Golden Boot standings with five goals so far in the tournament.
Olivier Giroud had opened the scoring to become the highest goalscorer in the history of the France national team, scoring his 52nd goal to move ahead of Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.
