After the giant asteroid swings past the planet, NASA expects CW32 to continue approaching Earth for the next 200 years.
The next asteroid flyby will occur on June 24 in 2020 and on January 31 in 2025.
During this time, the asteroid will also make close approaches to Venus as early as July 17, 2020, and November 2, 2024.
Asteroid 2013 CW32 last visited Earth on the afternoon of June 11, 2014, and was first observed by the JPL on February 5, 2013.
