Arianespace announced: “Liftoff is planned on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, as early as possible within the following launch window:
“Between 3.30pm and 5.51pm Washington DC time.
“Between 4.30 pm and 6.51pm Kourou, French Guiana time.
“Between 7.30pm and 9.51pm Universal Time (UTC).
“Between 9.30pm and 11.51pm Paris time.”
